Shipping

We ship out the Lotus Therapy Mats daily from Brisbane  via Australia Post. You will receive a tracking email once the item is sent.

We expect delivery in 3-5 business days for metro and 5-10 business days for non metro areas.

Although this is a very consistent delivery outline from Australia Post, we cannot guarantee delivery times.

Our handling time is 1 to 2 business days. 

COVID UPDATE as of 20/9/21: AusPost is experiencing some delays with deliveries and is not scanning parcels as regularly as they usually do. This mean your parcel may take longer and not have as many updates along the way. We thank you so much for your patience during these times. Our handling time is currently between 1-7 business days due to reduced staff allowed in the warehouse due to social distancing measures.
Shipping times can be an additional 1-12 business days depending on your location.

Please note, Australia Post Express service is still operational and is prioritised over other parcels. It is the fastest way to receive your package, however they cannot guarantee next day delivery currently. 

We are not responsible for lost or stolen parcels if you request the parcel to be left unattended if you are not home. Customer is responsible for providing the correct address, if item is redirected or returned due to incorrect address customer will be charged the delivery cost of the item to be re sent. Uncollected items and refused deliveries also incur this redelivery fee.
